Clients that sign on with Love.Bonito are are required to agree to the following terms and condition.

Love.Bonito's services are meant to be experienced in-game only.

Love.Bonito reserves the right to reject any clients if he/she is deemed unsuitable (eg bad manners, disrespectful, harrassment) This is to protect our exisiting clients from malicious intent.

Love.Bonito reserves the right to terminate your membership for breach of terms and conditions.

​

In the event where a serious complaint was made against a client, proper investigation will be conducted. It is upon the sole discretion of CEO and the board of directors to review findings and decide on clients membership status.

For the avoidance of any doubt, in the event of a termination no refund will be applicable.

Clients are required to adhere to high standards of conduct at all times, and therefore we ask that clients behave appropriately, respectfully and courteously in all interactions with our staff and your soulink partner. You agree not to: harass or cause a nuisance, inconvenience, distress or violate the privacy of anyone we introduce you to; do anything which restricts or inhibits anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the services; do anything that deliberately or recklessly prejudices or damages the reputation of Love.Bonito.

We will hold clients details in the strictest confidence and abide by our professional code of conduct. Clients must also not discuss or show any details of your soulink partner that we have supplied to you, to any other clients or non-clients at any time during or after your membership as this would be a violation of privacy.

Client's membership is non-transferable.

​

Database on clients details are strictly confidential and can only be accessed by our CEO and Board of Directors to make soulink recommendations. Love.Bonito cannot be held accountable for liquidated damages in event of a data leak due to sabotage/hacking/disguntled employee.

Information in the database is as accurate as the date of data entry. Not all changes made by participating clients are updated within the database.

​

Clients are advised to keep to their race/gender which was registered with Love.Bonito. Clients can contact Versallis Chartreux (Versallis#3221) to get their information updated in the database if required.

Clients have the right to cancel membership within 3 days from onboarding without giving any reason. The Cancellation Period will expire after 4 days from the date that your membership commenced. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Versallis Chartreux (Versallis#3221) of your decision to cancel your membership by a clear written statement to his discord.
